At the Closing Ceremony of the 2022 Land Border Protection Special Training Course on 15 November, Lt. Gen. Hun Manet said that the Royal Government of Cambodia, with Samdech Techo Hun Sen as Prime Minister, has launched a plan to reform the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces.
