In addition, the Deputy Prime Minister also requested the Ministry of Tourism, National School of Tourism Vocational Training to cooperate with the Ministry of Economy and Finance and the Ministry of Public Function to organize the management structure of these two national schools appropriately. At the same time, the National School must cooperate with the private sector to develop the school curriculum, operational plan and training plan to ensure the school’s success, sustainability and efficiency.

His Excellency also requested the management of the National School of Tourism Vocational Training to provide opportunities for young people, students, poor, vulnerable and disabled people to have the opportunity to receive training in tourism skills at a reasonable tuition fee, including the Ministry of Tourism, National School of Tourism. Bio-tourism must work with the Ministry of Economy and Finance and the Skills Development Fund (SDF) to develop support mechanisms such as student loan programs for tourism skills and scholarships.

At the same time, HE Deputy Prime Minister Chea Sophara also requested the French Ambassador and the French Agency for Development (AFD) to cooperate and facilitate the French Tourism Vocational Training School in partnership with the National Tourism Vocational School of Cambodia. According to His Excellency Thong Khon, the project to establish the National School of Tourism Vocational Training uses the initial investment of the Royal Government totaling about 26.5 million US dollars, of which the value of land in Phnom Penh is 4,000 square meters, equivalent to about 10 million dollars and the value of land in Sihanoukville, 1,775 square meters, equivalent to about $ 4.

5 million, plus a loan from the French Agency for Development $ 12 million for construction, equipment, consulting and other costs related to project management.

The construction of the National School of Tourism Vocational School in Phnom Penh is planned to be 4 storeys high with a total construction area of ​​7,326 square meters on an area of ​​4,000 square meters, planned to cost 3,451,972.11 dollars, and in Sihanoukville to build 4 storeys. Similarly, there is a total construction area of ​​6,713 square meters on the location of the Provincial Department of Tourism, currently planned to cost 3,088,183.17 dollars.
