General Vong Pisen: Training is one of the most important priorities in the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces’ human resource development reform

General Vong Pisen stated that “The success that Cambodia has achieved depends on Cambodia under the wise leadership of Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen has brought complete peace, good management, Kovid-19 disease, ensure security “Comfort for the world elite who attend the meeting in person.”
In the field of national defense, General Vong Pisen mentioned that the context in which the country is completely peaceful is a valuable opportunity for the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces to train and strengthen its professional skills in the cause of national defense. “In this sense, the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces is firmly committed to defending the Constitution, protecting the King, protecting the legitimate Royal Government and safeguarding peace at all costs.” . This is the confirmation of General Vong Pisen.
General Vong Pisen stated that training is one of the most important priorities in the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces’ human resource development reform because training is the foundation of everything, both building and capacity building. Maintain equipment and ensure job sustainability.
For the Special Forces Command, General Vong Pisen outlined the training strategy to turn the Special Forces into a sharp unit to ensure the protection of territorial integrity, peacekeeping, security and social security required. Hold on to four qualities: courage, loyalty, fitness and skill.
The Commander-in-Chief also instructed the leadership of officers, deputies and soldiers of the Special Forces Command to continue to enhance the sense of responsibility and strict implementation of all orders of the Royal Government, the Ministry of National Defense, the Commander-in-Chief and the Army Command to Protect peace, territorial integrity, security, prevent terrorism and suppress crimes that cause instability in society.
