Phnom Penh÷Deputy Prime Minister Aun Porn Moniroth, Minister of Economy and Finance, as the Acting Minister of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, on October 9, 2022, issued instructions on various functions to ensure the sustainability of the Ministry. .
Deputy Prime Minister Aun Porn Moniroth introduced four modes of operation, including:
1. All units under the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries shall continue to perform their functions and duties as defined by the laws and regulations in force, and shall maintain and protect all work documents under their jurisdiction and acceptance. 2. The Cabinet of the former Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries must properly maintain and protect all documents in order to be ready to hand over to the Cabinet of the new Minister who will be appointed and take office in the near future. In the presence of the Cabinet of the former Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, the seal of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries shall be handed over to the Office of the Acting Minister located at the Ministry of Economy and Finance for temporary administration from now until a new Minister is appointed. 3. All documents or legal documents that require the review and decision of the Acting Minister, Cabinet and the leadership of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries shall be sent to the Office of the Acting Minister located at the Ministry of Economy and Finance.
