His Excellency said this on the occasion of opening the seminar on military history on win-win politics (principles, processes and achievements) “Sharing for peace and harmony” on November 7.
The lieutenant general said that the first military history workshop at the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces (RCAF) level will play an important role in supplementing after collecting a lot of input through the results of military history seminars at the regional military level, including the 3rd Army Division. Buddhist resources for building and cultivating wisdom are strategically important to the success of the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces, both in the present and in the future.

Gen. added that this workshop is an important contribution to enhance the capacity of Royal Cambodian Armed Forces officers through the understanding of military history and the successful political practice of Samdech Techo Prime Minister, who is a Buddhist.
