Phnom Penh: His Excellency Justin Trudeau, Prime Minister of Canada, led a high-level delegation on a special flight CFC 01 to arrive safely in the Kingdom of Cambodia at 12:15 pm on November 12, 2022 with a warm welcome. Warm greetings from Her Excellency Dr. Ing Kantha Phavi, Minister of Women’s Affairs and accompanied by the Ambassador of Canada to the Kingdom of Cambodia
To participate in the 40th and 41st ASEAN Summits and related summits within the framework of ASEAN and the 2nd ASEAN Global Dialogue hosted by Cambodia.

Please be informed that: On November 12, 2022, Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Te Chea Hun Sen, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia and President of ASEAN 2022, chaired six important meetings, including: ASEAN Summit Plus 25 (China, Japan, Korea), the 19th ASEAN-India Summit, the 2nd ASEAN-Australia Summit, the 25th ASEAN-Japan Summit, the 10th ASEAN-US Summit and ASEAN-Canada Anniversary Summit.
Under the rotating chairmanship of ASEAN, Cambodia hosted the 40.41st ASEAN Summit and related summits to be held from 10 to 13 November. In 2022, this is the third time that Cambodia has become the rotating chair of ASEAN and has been tasked with organizing meetings after becoming a member on April 30, 1999. As the rotating chair of this year, Cambodia has set the common theme of the “ASEAN Working Together: Addressing All Challenges.” Source: Tok
