Committed to assisting Myanmar in finding a peaceful solution to the current crisis. With little progress achieved in implementing the five-point unanimous agreement, the Myanmar National Army has a role to play in fulfilling its commitment to ASEAN leaders.

3. Efforts for all stakeholders to adhere to and implement the five-point unanimous agreement and for ASEAN to contact all stakeholders as soon as possible. Communication will be conducted in a flexible and informal manner, especially by the Special Envoy of the ASEAN Chair on Myanmar, due to the neutrality associated with his mandate, which has the sole purpose of restoring peace and stability in the country in accordance with the agreement. Five points unanimous.
4 / While maintaining Myanmar’s non-political representation in the ASEAN Summit and the ASEAN Foreign Ministers’ Meeting, we have entrusted the ASEAN Coordinating Council with a further review of Myanmar’s representation in ASEAN Meeting if the situation requires.
5. We reaffirm that the ASEAN Summit is the highest decision-making body and will make the final decision on the implementation of the five-point unanimous agreement, including when the consensus cannot be achieved in accordance with the ASEAN Charter.
6 / ASEAN urges all stakeholders to ease tensions and tolerance as much as possible, and all armed stakeholders should be transparently responsible and condemned for the violence, noting that the Myanmar Armed Forces is The single largest military force in Myanmar.7 / ASEAN leaders call on all parties in Myanmar to facilitate the work of the ASEAN Secretary-General and the ASEAN Coordinating Center for Humanitarian Aid and Disaster [AHA] in providing humanitarian assistance in Myanmar to the people of Myanmar. All that is lacking without discrimination. The ASEAN Secretary-General and the AHA Center should provide humanitarian assistance in Myanmar. But it is empowered with appropriate autonomy to facilitate the delivery of humanitarian aid to Myanmar.
8. ASEAN leaders called on the United Nations and our external partners to support us in our efforts to implement the five-point unanimous agreement.
9. ASEAN leaders must consider other ways to support the implementation of the five-point unanimous agreement.
10 / ASEAN leaders must review the above decision in the upcoming session and assign the task to the Foreign Minister to monitor the progress and report to the ASEAN Summit
