Samdech Techo stated that Road 146B is a road that was directly opened by Samdech Preah Sangha Reach Tep Vong. Samdech Tha Street 146B and 148 are achievements made by the people through the use of the national budget.
At the same time, Samdech Techo praised the Ministry of Public Works for its efforts to build a road connecting Prey Nob district, Stung Hav district and Sihanoukville.
