Phnom Penh: Samdech Techo Hun Sen, the Prime Minister of Cambodia, congratulated Kim Hong, a child who passed the high school diploma (Bakdup) exam on December 5, 2022, with a grade of “C”.
Through the social network Facebook on December 22, Samdech Techo would like to briefly inform the history of the boy He Tieng Kim Hong. Kim Hong was born on August 30, 2009 in Trapeang Srong Village, Preah Bat Choan Chum Commune, Kirivong District, Takeo Province. Today, he is 13 years old, his father named He Chanchoung, 56 years old, a retired bank employee, and his mother, Neou Sophuong, 54 years old, a teacher at the Phnom Penh Vocational Training Department. Kim Hong has two brothers, Ou Xiaofong, 28, a teacher at Chea Sim Santhor Mok High School in Phnom Penh, and 13-year-old grandson Kim Hong. Currently, Kim Hong lives in house 24A, Damnak Thom 5 village, Sangkat Stung Meanchey 3, Khan Meanchey, Phnom Penh.
According to the family, when Kim Hong was born, the family was happy and prosperous. When Kim Hong was born, he could compose both Khmer and English alphabets, read the Pali script at the age of 2, and read congratulatory messages and condolences to former King Norodom Sihanouk at the age of three. With no one to teach, Kim Hong can read on his own.
At the age of 7, Kim Hong entered the 6th grade at Hun Sen Primary School in Takeo Province. There, Kim Hong can read, write, speak English well and do math exercises from 4th to 7th grade, as well as research and experiment by watching on the Internet and Youtube.
On March 05, 2017, Samdech’s assistant, Mr. Duong Dara, met with Kim Hong in Phnom Penh, taking proficiency tests such as reading greetings, reading English and taking 4th and 7th grade math tests and using a computer. Search for documents on the Google Web site. On July 15, 2017, my assistant visited Kim Hong once again at the Teachers’ Residence of Takeo Vocational School, testing Kim Hong’s ability in mathematics 10th-12th grade. Kim Hong is only 7 years old and can do homework.
On July 19, 2017, the Prince met Kim Hong and his family at the Prince’s house to test the math and research methods, measure the geographical location of the map on Google map and speak English with the Prince’s granddaughter. Seeing Kim Hong’s high potential in August 2017, Samdech and his family donated a house in Stung Meanchey so that Kim Hong could have the opportunity to continue his studies in Phnom Penh, including some annual stipend.
On August 08, 2017, Kim Hong received a scholarship to enter the 8th grade at BELTEI International School, Branch 9 (Stung Meanchey), Phnom Penh at the age of 8 and continued his general education until the 12th grade and passed the exam. Bankruptcy on December 05-06, 2022. Kim Hong also received a scholarship to study General English from Level 1 to Level 12 with the attention of Dr. Ly Chheng, CEO of BELTEI Group and Branch Manager, as well as Teachers of BELTEI International School 9 (Stung Meanchey).
For general education in the class, Kim Hong is assigned to study with students who graduated from 7th grade, ranked 1st to 3rd, and were promoted to 8th grade with a total of 20 students. In his studies, Kim Hong received excellent monthly grades in all subjects, especially mathematics, physics and chemistry.
In terms of English, Chao Kim Hong also passed the entrance exam and took general English classes from Level 1 to Level 12 by studying for 6 years. Kim Hong is currently studying Level 11, ranking first in all 30 classes and continuing to complete Level 12 of BELTEI International School General English Program.
From the face-to-face test with Kim Hong until he passed the exam at the age of 13 years, 3 months and 6 days, I can say that his grandson Kim Hong is a genius. There may not be many such special people in the world. Kim Hong has more ability than the prince in the use of computers and English, this is a fact that the prince must accept.
Based on this special ability, we can estimate that if Kim Hong enters university at the age of 13, he will graduate at the age of 17. If Kim Hong goes on to a master’s degree, he can finish at the age of 19, and if he goes on to a doctorate, he can finish at the age of 23. But if
Kim Hong chooses his favorite subject to study or leaps for credit. Kim Hong can complete his PhD at a younger age.
As you stated in 2017, you are responsible for all the achievements of Grandpa Kim Hong, and I wish you success in your studies and in life.
At the same time, Samdech would like to congratulate all parents, guardians and grandchildren who have just passed the high school diploma exam (Bakdup) throughout the country, and Samdech would like to thank all the teachers who worked hard to teach students to receive Good results and thanks to the competent examination committee and local authorities across the country for their efforts to organize the exam successfully.
